There's nothing wrong with generated code if it's never manually modified. Think of binaries: we never manually edit them but they are essentially "generated". More modern build systems automate this process of hiding th

I'd recommend trying GitLab out a bit. It has a lot of cool features for multirepo companies like deployment integrations. Self hosting isn't too bad if you want to try out the more advanced stuff.

I think the main reason for base64 encoding is to allow you to store binary data into a secret. Not a security measure. The kubernetes docs say as much: https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/configuration/secret

While I disagree with this sentiment, if we take this as true and consider it "the same as a human learning to code from gpl libraries" this opens up an entirely different can of worms when it comes to patent assignment.

I think another important analogy is that you couldn't do this same operation with a human. In my eyes a human and an ML algorithm are both "agents". An ML algorithm is a computerized actor on a system but they are still able

For matrix and quaternions multiplication does not output the same type as the input. For example: int a = 1; a + a = 2; (int) a * 2 = 2; (int) auto ma = matrix<2, 4>(); auto mb = matrix<4, 1>();
