Thanks for your thoughts and links! I especially like geckoboard, and I'm a big fan of Brian Suda. The challenge for me is definitely in the laying out of the unique data for that particular context in a visually appealing way. I guess w

Cool chrome extension, dude! You might want to reconsider the music on your "save time on hacker news" video. It feels... like a sad foreign film about a mime. It's entirely possible that you meant it to be a parody of an obvious cultura

Has anyone used this on live software with serious traffic? I really like the concept.

It's hard for me to see this as stealing content since: 1) Padmapper shows the original craigslist page when you click through to the details page. 2) Padmapper doesn't seem to be monetizing itself in any obvious way, at least not directly

True, but this is just a different sort of approximation, too. Layouts where all the elements are absolutely positioned don't work in the real world, so the markup and css will have to be 60%+ rewritten and will likely not look exactly as

I use bootstrap as the base for all my new projects for clients. You guys are fantastic! Thanks for open sourcing such a great project!

I don't think there are any ethical issues here. The paid service is doing something that was mostly, if not completely, available in other open source projects such as piwik and OWA in the first place. It's very educational to look at th

I've been using BootStrap in my Clients' web apps for a few months now and been very pleased with the results. Thanks to the two that built it!

What a vast improvement! I've been using delicious for years, and as the UI has stagnated, the things that bugged me about it have stacked up. Everything I thought should be fixed, from where padding should be added to how tags should be

Super slick! The concept of just limiting people to today and tomorrow should keep us from descending into the swirling always-planning-but-never-doing-vortex-of-doom. Only complain: the handwritten font you chose, while cool, renders ver
