They already said it is OS agnostic. MS 2020 is far away from MS 2010. With regards to the auditing need, can you audit a CPU down to the silicon level today?

Your comment assumes that UBI is financed through printing more money. If UBI was financed through taxes, UBI would not have the inflationary effects that you describe.

Actually coal plants are a huge emitter of radiation already. The radiation emissions of one coal plant might not compare with one full-blown nuclear plant disaster, but it certainly a noteworthy emission on average.

Development is not necessarily the hardest part. You are developing a medical device that needs to be validated. Even with expedited approvals this is a huge undertaking where only a limited amount of people can be involved at the same time

It’s probably not feasible to come up with anything but an arbitrary number. But 100 allows for important meetings and some ceremonies. More than that are usually public events.
