Next up is graphene pollution. All such new tech should also have tech that allows for natural decomposition and shouldn't probably be used until that is available as well.

With humans, you can change an opinion. Once AI has made up its mind, there isn't anything you can do anymore. The entire system and extended network of interaction points will stick to the decision/stance it has made. If you are

Not really. There are actual deaths on the ground with desperately hungry people being denied benefits due to the bio-metric authentication systems flaking out. So much so that the CEO of the agency managing this system himself has an authe

Not sure how many of you run pihole and check the logs. The number of sites tracking people is crazy. To top it, devices and android phones in particular, seem to be doing it a little too much as well. I tried using mi phones for a while an

What are there tools that help simulate complex systems? Things like biochemical balances in the human body, economies, enzyme actions and homeostasis, environment and climate? Etc etc...? What tools are used by those in the profession?

Aadhaar in India is far worse. 99% of the data has leaked multiple times already. It also seems to sport all the classic signs of an amateur project. Post facto design changes, unauthenticated mails, unprofessional mobile apps, leaky access

Way too much information leakage from its mobile OS (MiUI?) back to China though.

I find it weird that there isn't enough outrage about this and it is already beginning to be the new normal. In a more ideal world, Apple would have been forced to issue a patch that reverses this forced obsolescence on consumers.

Problem is I didn't find anything reputable. Most of the sources I got was tinged with "woo woo" UFO lore. But a googling will show you. Also found a Joe Rogan video with the Delonge guy.

Interesting. In another 300-500 years, I am pretty sure we will start simulating sensory experience and ultimately the past. I am not sure if I am a toy simulation of the past from the future, right now.

Given a choice between surviving and building something new, anyone would choose surviving. The red tape in India even now is atrocious. Recent raids on sales tax enforcers turned up corruption money in truckloads.

Strangely, we dont get to see as many of the cheaper chromebook laptops in a country like India where taxes are such a huge part of a laptop price. A macbook or a thinkpad are out of reach for most people here.
