Upset/uncomfortable - maybe, but at who? The rich family? His own family? Himself? Society? All of those? People on hackernews and in general tend to view "negative" feelings, envy, etc... as generically "bad". Thes

What prevents you from running away with the money? There isn't a contact page with real people on it, nor a registered business in the background, I suppose?

Tell that to all the people who had cash confiscated at airports and on the road. Too bad their property can't defend itself in the court of its peers - maybe a washing machine and a night stand. NEVER trust any governments.

Sometimes when I think if humanity met extremely advanced alien civilization - what kind of "stuff" could they use to trade? At one point I thought - it must be information, pieces of information are ultimately valuable. BTC might

Autodesk is stuck in the past - 3Ds Max still costs too much. So does Autocad. Epic saw the writing on the wall and made Unreal Engine royalty based (and if you don't make over the cutoff - free). They also got competitors that are bet

Never thought about that way! By security I do mean camera systems and physical security mostly.

Installing/configuring security systems is a thought I had a long time ago. Seems like a intersection of working with your hands + setting up technology, and I suppose the need for security goes up in uncertain times.

Have multiple streams of income. Know a "trade" you can do with your hands - string rackets if you have to. Sadly I've neglected this part for a while.

No shit - by the time a company hits a public market, accredited investors are the ones who cash out. ICOs, invested in with some research and diligence can finally spread the wealth to the rest of us.

So you extrapolated what will happen to the spent nuclear fuel that already began to leak in some places and did the math? I'd like to see it.

Sounds almost like a creation myth, doesn't it? Wonder if the world will ever find out with certainty who, or what organization is Satoshi.

You're being heavily downvoted but thats the ideal endgame for cryptocurrencies - you'll be able to just "use" them for your use cases, instead of cashing out first.

Your perception is skewed. There are a ton of people on both sides - those who want to work for themselves capable of handling more risk and higher rewards, and those who want to work for others for a stable paycheck.
