I would love to be entrepreneur in residence at a VC firm because that would simply imply that I'd been successful as an entrepreneur.

Is this actually made by Brinks?. Loomis offers a similar product named "SafePoint". From the pictures, it looks like the same hardware. I wonder if the vulnerability is specific to the customer or the hardware?

I've heard this, and it's a great thing. Even the old type of donation is not too bad considering the upside of the potential outcome. Thanks for adding it, people need to know this can be as simple as hooking up an I.V.

Lots of valid comments here, but your body creates it over time. Until you're 100%, you are more susceptible to infection, crave an iron-rich diet, and become tired more quickly. After a while you just realize you're back to nor

I joined the national marrow registry in 1995 while at Fort Benning doing Army stuff. Donated in 1997 to a girl with leukemia. They did the procedure where they drilled into my iliac (sp?) crust. It hurt like hell for 12 hours and then I

I was just wondering how many logic gates it takes to get to certain milestones. Is there a table somewhere saying feature vs. logic gate count? You seem knowledgeable, and the last FPGA I played with was a cyclone II.

Any of us reading this are old enough to see the progress of video games and the idea of "immersion" happening before our very eyes. We still have faint 8 bit memories and know this is all an illusion. I really wonder what it&#x2

This makes me so mad and sad at the same time. For years, it would bring me immense pleasure to just browse projects on sourceforge to see what the world was up to. Now this is just another case of corporations ruining a good thing. I&#x

I think the most exciting part of Apple Music is the idea of allowing musicians to put their music into the apple store. Much like the Apple store gave a storefront to small indie developers, this might do the same for musicians worldwide.

JJ, I love your research on this, with SDR Dongle. I'm building up my ADS-B receiver with a NooTech SDR. One question, you talked about capturing squawks with your SDR - did you try for ADS-B or do you know if these aircraft employ it

I'm not an exerciser. I'd love to be but am not. I'm not doing this now but when was working on my startup and working a regular job, I was taking "caffeine naps" at 4:30. There was something about this time of da

I heard some of the information that came out of the rule making committee about this time last year. The FAA has the idea that they need to control this as fast as possible, while doing what they can to slow the explosion so that it remai

As a sole founder, and yes I realize that is in itself a problem, hardware is hard. I've taken a few "purely digital" projects to the masses, but doing that with hardware on your own is freaking hard. On the one hand, we as s
