This isn't true for your public profile. Whatever you share on google+ is what you, youself, put on it. It doesn't share the sex they can deduce you have, it shares the sex you entered yourself. Same with the name and everything

When I was using the Nexus 4 I would always put it on my desk when working. I put a wireless charger at that position and had no need to plug it in for at least a few months. I never had to think about the charge because I was at my desk of

In the US perhaps, in the Netherlands (and the most of Europe) debit cards are the only card used in daily transactions. Credit Cards are becoming more common now and I think the main reason for that is transactions with the US. The only

Interesting, but without any technical details I'm not going to use it. There isn't even any mention of it being encrypted.

Where does it say in the leaks that Google was providing the access? That the NSA had access wasn't because Google was providing it. The NSA got access through some shady practices. They have access to all the files when the NSA can li

What I find the most surprising is how Apple continued to sell the 3GS. You could have bought a 3GS at a time where I wouldn't have updates for even a year. The upgrades also shouldn't be a reason for buying a phone, you buy a p

It is probable that a single machine gets a /64 ipv6 range, but the first 64 bits are consistent. When ipv6 gets more common it will probably be more acceptable to block an entire /64 if you suspect a brute force attack.

I cannot know for sure but this seems like a post of someone trying to write rust like you write a different language. The idioms are different and if you stick to your old routine it won't work like you would want to.

As a hobby-projects-only developer, would there be any reason to switch from mariaBD to postgreSQL? Scalability is no issue for me (I don't have to scale). And lately I hardly write any queries myself because of django..

What I would really like is 1 api format that is uniform. This would end the wild growth of libraries for languages, you could import a single module that would be a universal API resolver. Just point it to the url and all methods can be
