This is how it should be done, ideally. Facebook and similar services behave unilaterally, changing their agreements at will while keeping them dense and obscure, and intentionally make it impossible to communicate with them. Therefore, it&

Apple needs to remove each of these requirements. None of them serve any justifiable purpose, they only immorally and antisocially serve Apple's avarice.

You've failed to understand my point, which is that this is likely state sponsored harassment. I only mentioned gamergate as an example of pointless trolling, which this incident might not be.

Don't be too quick to dismiss this harassment as part of the gamergate-style nonsense that has been going on as of late. This type of thing is typical of the frat boy intelligence community. It's considered the height of their tra

The heavy spin is necessary to preserve the image that Uber represents the drivers. Uber really just provides technical infrastructure and marketing, and rakes off most of the profit. Almost all of that wealth should be flowing back to the

How did these criminals penetrate the ISP? Is there security footage? It should be no trouble to identify the perpetrators and have them arrested if their pictures are posted online.

The FBI SHOULDN'T be able to wiretap calls though. That was an important feature, not a bug.

You won't be able to dislike Mark Zuckerburg though. Presumably, they'll charge advertisers for the privilege of not being able to be disliked.

These people need to be stopped. Moneyed interests have no business conspiring with the government in private to tinker with the laws to increase their profits. That's all this is.

It's not possible that it violated the DMCA because it would be fair use to copy legally purchased audio files to an iPod, regardless of vendor.

It belies the attitude of the typical intelligence official that they believe an education is something that is finished and then you learn no more.

I wonder if CIA personnel are actually forbidden from reading or possessing some of the Snowdrn related books. If they contained any leaked classified material, that would be a violation for anyone possessing a security clearance.

Haha, why would anyone ever agree to an unfunded non-compete clause? If you're required not to work for 18 months, you need to be paid for 18 months. Any of you who accept an unfunded non-compete clause are suckers and any of you who t

Patently false claim. The DVI standard always included dual-link, even before Apple added USB and power connections, changed the connector, and passed it off as a unique invention of theirs.
