Yes, this is correct. It's a really simple principle, and I think an explanation can help you understand :) Suppose you have 3 holes, and 4 pigeons, and you stuff the pigeons into holes. There must be 1 hole with at least 2 pigeons,

The electric field is contained by using capacitors in the pole in the middle of the room. The magnetic field is what propagates around the room to power devices. But I suppose you'll say we are magnetic beings or something?

Just want to chime in and say that I can activate my girlfriends iPhone by saying "Hey Siri" in a girly sounding voice. It's trained to only her voice but I can trigger it. So it's not foolproof as you make it seem.
