I don't know where you hang out on Reddit but on my subs people are almost invariably hostile to AI. AI art, even stuff that looks great, gets down voted to oblivion.

If this is as good as Who Framed Roger Rabbit, which appears to use a similar technique, it would be AWESOME. Hopefully they didn't sanitize the old cartoons.

I do hate the long form filler. Are there a lot of people that will only consume information if there is a huge article around it? I'm not saying I like tldr either, but there's an optimal middle ground somewhere.

I'll give you a simple and silly example which could give you additional ideas. LLMs can be great for checking whether people can understand something. One day I came up with a joke and wondered whether people would "get it".

I'm tired of people bashing LLMs. AI is so useful in my daily work that I can't understand where these people are coming from. Well, whatever... As you said, examples where I wouldn't expect LLMs to be good at from people who

Junk writing from someone who doesn't understand AI. I use ChatGPT in many useful ways. For instance, I ask ChatGPT to explain my texts back to me to help prevent misunderstandings due to misleading sentences. How's that a bad thi

I don't agree with what appears to be the core premise of this article. Sure, if you want recognition or career benefit from your work, you have to advertise it. But this assumes that the purpose of work is getting recognition or money

Well said. This is basically a cancel culture post. If you combine Internet outrage with niche nitpicking, it will be impossible to use any software. I can understand that people wouldn't want to support someone like Musk due to his hi

Typewriters are terrible. I had one as a kid and I don't miss them at all. Sure they are better than handwriting, but I'll never trade even a simple editor like Notepad for a typewriter... And I say that as someone who does plenty

There are arrows on the numeric keys on most old and modern US keyboards with numpads. That's why I expect them to do that.

How many computers in 2025 allow you to use your external USB keyboard numpad as arrows? Not an Apple, at least not without convoluted system-level configurations or third-party software. Apple gets many things right but can still be infuri

I find amazing that, in today's web, the inaner a point is, the firmer is its proponent's conviction. Today's Google is the opposite of what is good for the web; it's a business led by a McKinsey bean counter and his hen
