It’s not quite the same, but I had a frenulectomy done due to severe phimosis leading to pain and bleeding. It was absolutely horrible, and I was shocked at how hush hush we all treat conditions like this. Thankfully there’s a straightforwa

Yeah if I wasn't a Valorant addict (and competing in Contender, pushing for Invite if we win this season) I'd drop it for Linux entirely.

Right? I laughed when I read this: >If you tell Claude to always write tests before implementation, it will. If you say “never use console.log for error handling, always use the custom logger module,” it will respect that every time. It

Blackwell diverges within Blackwell itself… SM121 on the GB10 vs the RTX 5000 consumer vs the actual full fat B100 hardware all have surprisingly different abilities. The GB10 has been hamstrung by this a bit, too.

Funnily, Anthropic's pricing etc. why I'm using GLM-5 a bunch more outside of work. Definitely not Opus level, but surprisingly decent. Though I got lucky and got the Alibaba Coding Model lite plan, which is so cheap they got rid

GPT 5.4 straight up just dies with broken API responses sometimes, let alone when it struggles with a even moderately complex task. I still can't get a good mental model for when these things will work well and when they won't. Re

I think the conspiracy theories are silly, but equally I think pretending these black boxes are completely stable once they're released is incorrect as well.

There are some very small tells, like the constant "rule of threes" that AI loves to follow, but you're right that this is much harder to tell than it used to be.

They've done that for some tech, and the output has been... well, kind of impressive that it works at all, but bad in other ways (a GCC clone, SQLite re-impl, among others) Coding is definitely not over IMO. Not yet anyway

It's funny to hear LVDS be described as an "automotive" cable when all of my run-ins with it are for connecting laptop displays to their main-boards! (though that has a very different connector on it, and its a very general t

Qanon is absolutely a baseless conspiracy theory. The overall idea that far too many of those in power politically and economically are involved in CSA isn't though, it seems.
