The same thing happened to the British pound that year[1]. Was that also because of socialism? [1] https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Wednesday

What does that even mean? I assume you're referring to the cost of kindergarten? That's just a small part of the overall cost of childcare.

That would be detectable as continuous acceleration rather than large initial acceleration followed by none for the duration of the throw.

Yeah, the more I look into this the more dire this looks for Newag.

It's strange. Usually the competition for train contracts is quite fierce and train operators have a lot of power dictating terms. This is not some david vs goliath thing.

0x10c had serious promise. In many ways it was one of the 300 attempts at creating a successful SS13 clone (but with Mojang on it it _might_ have worked?). Who knows.. Even Minecraft was catching lightning in a bottle. It was there just at

As a long-time emacs user who's never used registers I still think this is very poor form from the maintainers. Emacs should be about customization and changing such a basic feature without a way to return to the original behavior is p

Surely 2D printing is pretty much a solved problem by now. How come there is no company making cheap, no-fuss printers that accept standard USB&network printing driver protocols. You'd expect them to eat everyone's lunch. Argu

The idea would be that the "domesticated" variant is more infectious so it would outcompete the wild ones.

I wonder if such a virus domestication could be somehow done in-vitro. Probably would only make sense at the very beginning of a (new) pandemic.

I would have expected counterfeit clone would use a node much more modern than either the 6502 or R65C02, leading to even better performance. Are there so many original 6052s around that it's cheaper to just relabel those? (I guess che
