Any suggestions for surnames with only one letter? They exist, and would still be ambiguous :)

One character names are quite common, but 3+ character names exist also, especially for ethnic minorities. This applies to given and surnames. Any 'always' cases with names are never to be trusted. https://www.kalzumeus

I'm excited by any research that brings our understanding of animals closer to that of humans. Switching from human-centric (if it doesn't match how humans do it, must not exist) to species-first analysis over the past few decad

It doesn't seems to have been mentioned here that this happened over a year ago, in March 2018. I believe that the time between each crash is lengthening, even as the number of cars with AP balloons. This would speak to the regular imp

Ford is in debt 154 billion as of 2017, with an unclear path to an electric future (other than Rivian's help). I'd be more worried about them making it in the next 5 years.

The past year has had a ton of papers that center around unsupervised 'creativty'. I'd say this solidly falls into that category. Semi-related note, if you don't already watch Two Minute Papers , start now for great sum

Most cars at that speed will get significantly reduced range, due to engine inefficiency and drag. Even then, a battery with 220 mile range should still get well over 100 in reality .

It is currently manufacturered in Fremont California. Nothing in Fremont is cheap, it is no different than manufacturing in Manhattan, since employees need to pay for super high housing costs and deal with high costs of doing business. Manu

It has been 7 years since initial release. Super excited that it got an update, right when competitors are somewhat catching up. Only took them that long to almost compete.
