I don't particularly disagree with the price point argument but since you're here... "high-quality AR mode" -- do you have public SDK documentation for this and does it have a mixed passthru VR / AR mode like the Qu

Actually, there's the other aspect of "learning things" which is if I want software to do something I just build it and usually I've never done it before. The elisp emacs functions, the Android launcher, the swift taskba

Thanks! Most of the "how" is shared in another reply. Really it's just an array of strings that keeps a cursor (and technically a stack for interruptions that pop off before returning to the cursor in the list). So posting a

Well sure there is, alter the original list and load it again. Since I have exactly one customer, me, I've just dogfooded this. Written lists or something in an app or an editor are far more natural than anything I'd cook up &#x2F

I have a lot of software written, basically just for me but with a bit of work it could be a thing. The core feature is burning through digital lists one item at a time but with as little interaction with a computer as possible. Data only p

I hadn't heard of these headsets. Is public developer documentation available?

Yep, it's grainy / pixelated but it's not like I need to read fine print to do that sort of task. I did it as a novelty, but idk I could see myself doing that sort of thing again.

I've used passthru on the Quest 2 with a browser window hanging in my living room. There absolutely is an allure to having a tv as big as my wall playing a youtube video while I'm folding a mountain of laundry. Working, serious wo

Fuck apple for this. Their walled garden is nice if you can afford it / deal with all the other shortcomings of modern iOS vs modern Android. Goes both ways in some respects, but the iMessage thing is way past time to have nice interop

Well I guess the answer is yes but since I never encountered that issue in the first place I wouldn't consider my opinion definitive. I did just test tabs in iTerm and Finder, both functioned just fine without any weirdness. Hope that
