Fascinating. I do wonder if people with this condition are self selective in some way on how they do things. I also wonder if these conditions describe the level of success they have in a specific field vs a control group. e.g. as describ

There is actually a good analytical result on how vector similarity can easily fail to recover relevant information https://arxiv.org/pdf/2403.05440 > For some linear models the similarities are not even unique, wh

Given the apple v epic ruling about in payment commision outside the app store, I don't understand this. I assume Google would get the same ruling if they tried what apple did, so why bother with walling off if you can't get paid?

Is this the security flaw thingy that stores OAuth or Auth0 tokens in sqllite database with overly permissive read privileges on it?

Actually why(just) RAM? Why not have an append only storage to the local disk? WALs are quite fast.

Why is it hard for a local device to expose a REST API from home —a DDNS updater could update IP address for a cname — and then access all the local data local_device(REST API) <> Smartphone?

A key with haptic feedback that when pressed runs the CPU/GPU and as water heats up the button lets you know. Calibrate feedback to temperature and ease off the button when the water is done.

A lot of the comments have to do with how does one use these things to speed up learning. I've tried a few things. A couple of them are prompts: 1. Make me a tutorial on ... 2. Make probes to quiz me along the way ... I think the trick

Yeah, it's "let's fix this no matter what" is really weird. In this mode everything becomes worst, it begins to comment code to make tests work, add pytest.mark.skip or xfail. It's almost like it was trained on data

I also do the same. I am on the 200$ maxpro plan. I often let the plan go to pretty fine level of detail, e.g. describe exactly what test conditions to check, what exact code conditions to follow. Do you write this to a separate plan file?
