Good idea. This would occasionally be a valuable function to include in a password manager.

Yes, this is a problem, and can be significantly generalized. In the information age, one cannot define oneself without deciding what channels/sites/content/streams/data one is not going to try to manage or keep up wit

I use Fossil for all my personal projects, and I use its wiki, technotes, and tickets for almost all of my knowledge and task management. It has become the centerpiece of my workflow. Where else have I seen as great a combination of reliabi

I'd love a factual and accurate report of that history and those trade-offs, even a book-length one on paper. Do you know of one? I'm not trying to do a dissertation on the subject, and it's not my day job, so weaving my own

My principle, maybe my only, problem with paper is appending to notes I've already closed by opening new notes after them. I realize there are methods like the bullet journal's that address this, but they've felt clumsy to me

I've gone back and forth between Quiver and Ulysses. Quiver doesn't have an iOS app and Ulysses handles images and code awkwardly.

I'm not missing the point of your satire, but I'd love it if more people considered language arts a powerful tool worth mastering to an advanced degree.

Quiver, Paper (Dropbox), Tiddlywiki all have syntax highlighting; of them Quiver, which uses the Ace code editor, has highlighting for by far the most languages--even Elixir.

My team comfortably uses Asana and appreciates its flexibility; but I'd rather be using Jira. Asana has one highly useful feature we never found similar functionality for in Trello: being able to assign a task to more than one project.
