Google has some intriguing offerings with Cloud Run [0] and their App Engine suite [1]. I know it's not a catch-all solution but Cloud Run sounds appealing as you can bring any Docker image and have it run in a few different supported

I think some of it could be subscription burnout. All these networks are fragmenting and offering a subset of shows that I want to watch but don't want to pay or keep track of. Plus, I think people get a lot of content via other intern

I wouldn't label Rust as being less safe than OCaml. You have to explicitly opt-in to any unsafe operations. More often than not, the unsafe blocks are needed because the compiler can not check all of the invariant cases.

I totally understand your desire to develop things in a sandboxed environment but the source code for Rust/Cargo/Etc. is all available under their organization at GitHub. [0] It would be easy to audit and raise issues if you have

In the "Upgrading dependencies" section when they use "go get", will the command be local to that module? I am used to "go get" working with the idea of a $GOPATH. I almost wish they introduced another sub-comm

Thanks for the reply. I always anticipated Rust being a good fit for a daemon like tool. Not having to install a separate runtime and have things statically linked is a nice benefit. I know it's not the only language that is capable of
