If you're willing to go down a rabbit hole, designing your own keymaps and hacking on a layout can go a long way to alleviating RSI symptoms. The author doesn't touch on it but QMK will change the way you interact with a keyboard

Check out the UniHertz Titan, you can run Lineage on it and have all the fun you want. I have it as a backup to my Key2 in case it dies on me. Also, having a physical keyboard with a Ctrl key makes SSHing around so much more handy. The Key2

Better solution is to ditch the single-block-style keyboard and get a proper ergonomic one that's split into two parts. That allows you to keep your wrists at a natural angle but you also need to change the layout to use columnar stagg

Power is a major issue for something like that, and you need to find a way to bodge it into the existing key matrix, or have it as it's own HID device (which I believe ruins combos). That and you don't have much space to work with

That's pretty much what I did with Gergo[1], I got tired of the ergonomics of other boards and designed/built my own split board. It's smaller to reduce finger travel/extension, the layout is optimized for programming&#x
