theoretically no, but snapchat do a damn fine job of locking accounts that use iphone tweaks. it's not perfect but they seem to create enough FUD that people are wary to use them.

but they discovered random 3rd party apps signing with the facebook key. apps with a package name like com.testmusicapp so to detect this manually, they'd have to be checking every single app! more likely, they've an automated sys

instagram do it on android. they place a small file called .profig.os on external storage that is left there even if the app is deleted.
