That is very a good idea! For now it is stateless & frontend-only. But I was thinking on improving it, like a prettier UI and adding a "print" button, or maybe a "export to png". If I ever add a server side to it, it

Great tool. I used it to create a state machine diagram - one that I then included in the inline documentation of my Elixir code.

Landing pages make this very same mistake all the time. It is one of the biggest goals for such a page, to show the what & why of the product, and still too many people do it in a way that lets no clue about what the thing is about. It

The video demo of this tool is fantastic! It is a simple "showing by doing", that also gives a show while showing (pun kind of intended).

Maybe that guy's native language is portuguese? In brazilian portuguese, the word "raise" (in the context of raising kids, pets, etc.) translates to "criar"; while "create" also translates to "criar&q

This piece is, indeed, very well written. A couple of months ago I used it in a subject's work in the master program I'm enrolled, in which I analyze Erlang's features for providing software fault-tolerance. If it would be us

Some thoughts I have: - I think they did apply methodologies of reliability that worked in hardware, to software (e.g redundancy, automatic fault detection/tracing/correction) - Also, in the early days, software was so tied to har

I didn't read the paper yet, but this thing of "composable distributed processing" made me think of Elixir's `GenStage`[0], which is still in development. Another thing, that is indeed linked on GenStage's page as a

Actually, both Sci-Hub and LibGen are mentioned in the article. Perhaps your ctrl+f failed because the page only loads the next section when you scroll down near the bottom of the page.

Actually, variables in Elixir can be re-binded : > x = [1, 2, 3] > x = 2 # the structure [1, 2, 3] still exists in memory, but now the variable x is bound to the value 2 All data is still immutable, the BEAM itself requires so. Dav

Oh, sure. I didn't realized that at first. It must be my programmer brain telling me "English is the one global language" all the time. (note: I'm not an English native speaker)
