I bought my current car only because I was able to block the car maker being stupid and force me to watch their ads on Youtube. I didn't use ad-blocker before but interruptive video ads were the last straw for me.

No, I don't think that I provided a counter argument but rather a supplementary one. Population growth rate is a huge problem that hinders capacity to provide enough aid. Russia certainly used the risk of hunger as a weapon to increase

Yes and no. This is my argument indeed that if the population growth stayed lower then a lot more people would have been able to rise above the poverty level (or even much higher). UN prediction for Africa is that they fall close to the rep

Yes, the communist argument - everybody else is at fault but not myself. Yet the communist paradise, the 1/6 of all the land with incredible riches stayed poor and finally collapsed.

I can't agree with this unfortunately. While getting rich further lowers the fertility rate then there is a certain threshold that must be first exceeded to get rich (relatively speaking of course). There must be a feedback loop that i

We must collectively understand the reason why some countries stay "developing". The reason is very simple - the rate of population growth exceeds the rate of infrastructure development by large margin. You can make large investme

I have seen claimed that the system with battery powered electric engine would become practically maintenance free. Can you comment on this based on your experience? How would fuel cell based system compare to this?

I have read that battery based aircraft would start to make sense if batteries were 2-3 times less heavy - do you think that this wouldn't be feasible for some type of aircraft?

Yes, in the world outside of the so called developed world and USSR or China (what applied their own 1 child policy). Africa is just an example here. India for example grew from 360 million to 1.4 billion today.

This is also why most of the world policy makers don't understand why overpopulation is so huge problem as it too is an exponential process. If we take Africa as an example then in 1950s there were around 200 million people in Africa.
