As soon as the escape key has been removed, I had to do a big switch. Use the caps lock key as escape key. Happy since then! The only hassle is to go set it up in the keyboard prefs.

That's a good question to ask. S3 has become so common that it's going toward that road. It's like brand names that become so common that people use no more the material name, but the brand.
