If a jury concluded that the defendant is guilty, I don't think judicial process reform would help. The fix would require at least public education. Reforming judicial process is hard, but fixing public perception seems way harder.

20 sq m is roughly 215 sq ft, not 400 sq ft as mentioned in the post. 215 vs 700 is a very different story from 400 vs 700.

It is in the public's best interest to demand timely fix because you never really know whether bad actors know about it. A demand has no teeth, therefore you have to make a threat (fix in 90 days, or we disclose publicly). A threat is

Auto manufacturers are approaching Adaptive Cruise Control in a manner that intermingles the two: GM "Super Cruise", Ford's upcoming "CoPilot 360 Active", etc. In my opinion, these two features are very related. In

It's not exactly like that. For example, university official will track you down (through phone call, through help of local official or your high school official/teacher) if you didn't enroll. This is done to ensure people (e

It's not clear to me whether you're being sarcastic here. People often complain that Chrome gives Google special treatment. Here on HN, people (incl me) will definitely be outraged if Google does what you're proposing.

The ability by websites to detect incognito cause real usability pains for users. (For example, certain news outlets refuse to show content when it detects that you're in incognito.) The mechanisms to detect incognito were/are uni

Nope, not nearly the same. That's not full 12amp (which parent post claims for Outlander PHEV). Per Sienna manual, the 120V outlet is limited to 100W (less than 1amp). http://www.tsienna.net/power_outlets-322.html For
