Sounds like you are describing the Backend For Frontend (BFF) pattern and I also quite like it.

It's been a year or so, but some carriers refused to sell me a watch only plan, it had to be a new cell plan for a phone too. (And pairing with an existing phone meant it had that cell's number, not a watch only one.)

Usually these complainer types have some eccentric setup, e.g. custom keyboard app, content blockers, etc going on then blame the browser.

That's true, but I've then also subtracted commute times from office hours when I was required to come in. I can't do 8 hours in office plus 1.5 commute time on those days.

The Bose have 2 settings for this, 180 degrees frontal, and a much narrow directly in front of you.

I haven't tried those but sounds like possibly just adjusts frequencies vs using directional mics. Might be same as Airpods Pro which I should try.

I have sensoneural hearing loss as well and fyi Bose Hearphones do have something a little like this with directional noise cancellation that helps a lot. They are discontinued but you can find them refurbished.

Canon gets a lot of heat for the failure, but it was not an "obvious" interface imo, unlike WIMP interfaces. I have a faint memory of trying a Canon Cat, and it just made no sense to my young eyes, and that was before I had a com

No, there'll be no need to force if people who prioritize low fertility are gone in a few generations. Those left will be ones who don't.

At the rate we are going the next generations won't be the one who care about reproductive freedom

I actually support responsive UIs that work for small and large screen sizes - however, in past ~10 years this has been in vogue, I've rarely seen UX, product, or devs who really "get it". I.e. columns that wrap or resize, b

The challenge I see is that (in the US at least), "style" is not copyrightable in the arts. IMHO this is a good thing because artists learn and copy from one another, and if it were copyrightable that would lead to no end of laws
