Exactly. This is precisely the point. It will interpret and execute whatever code is thrown at it. The problem is that the code is NOT DETERMINISTIC (or non-deterministic, whatever). It can be interpreted in a variety of different ways. Thi

It's just.. this statement barely has any meaning to it then. Carefully crafted sentences, yes, but what difference does it make to the outcome, to the end user? We most certainly know that iMessage (like any other service) is not secu

These statements again... Time to get some downvotes, I guess. How do I know? How can I even know that YOUR own device for which YOU wrote software and YOU designed hardware (although it may be based on some standards , no one can guaran

Srsly, this article seems littered with so many assumptions it's hard to decipher the actual point. Tachometer has no use? Tell that to professional drivers. Real time stats are worthless? Not unless you expect a spike in your serv

How in the hell does one discover that kind of thing? :) I don't really know much about crypto and symmetric ciphers in general, but aren't the odds of discovering something that converts from JPEG to PNG by applying AES extremely

I, for one, fail to realize how can one design any half-complex app (gadget, whatever) to be stateless. I mean, modes are literally everywhere . So long as you can always tell which mode is the current one, I feel modes are fine. That said

All these comments saying it's a good thing™ that Microsoft will buy it make me a bit sick. Have you forgotten so easily? <hate>It's MICROSOFT. Here are some other users' comments that sum it up: - Sorry, you can't

Good God. Whenever I read these, I always get chills down my spine. Part of me wants to do the same, get better at it (I know tiny parts of many things including what is discussed here but not even remotely close to the author), the other o
