Without all those advantages you listed, the price to pick a competitor for your next flight would likely be close to zero though. So they have to provide those running incentives . The cost of switching the phone provider for my next call

Nah, I think that article is posed wrong. They compare smoking the electronic cigs to not smoking at all. Of course not smoking is better. Much much better. But by blocking them from the market they are denying another use case. For people

I don't think cell networks are dead meat. They will be, relatively soon, for anything but data carriage yes. But everything you want to get: voice, messaging, web, whatever else; you (and I) want it over the inet. They're (cell nets ops) p
