It's unfortunate you removed all the primary subreddits (or degree > 75), it makes a lot of the networks confusing (the gaming network, for example) because they seem to only show niche topics.

Paying the women will make them go even if they're not interested. This is an unsolved problem still. Edit: it also makes this a business transaction in a way that you really don't want to.

How is being a "money transmitter" any different than buying the "inventory" and reselling it? Airbnb could have an "expense" paying their providers. This seems crazy.

Sorry for not being clear, in a more "objective" sense of reproducing the original image as a stacked series of polygons in this case. I realize that that is only sort of the point (there's a lot of "cool technique demo" here).

Except it's just the phone number and quote that are hidden from adults. There's a message at the top about child abuse and a picture of an abused kid that everyone sees.

I'm not trolling, but this appears to work pretty poorly. Does anyone know any better approaches to approximating images like this?

But... that's dishonest. The hardware is a 64GB SSD. I would be very confused if they did that. I am looking at this from a modder/techie perspective, where the hardware is more important to me than the software. In a fully closed appliance

For those who are confused (many of the posts currently appear to be), this seems like it is an attempt to semantic-ize Wikipedia-style definitions. For example, representing a term as: Earth "is a" planet "belongs to" the solar system, "ha

You know, I didn't understand that comic when it was posted (despite feeling like I have an understanding of Bayesian vs. frequentist statistics) and I still don't. So, I looked it up and apparently I'm not the only one. It seems to me, and

Its the distinction between data structure and algorithm that seems to fall apart here. The word hash on its own is used to refer to the output of a hash function ("the hash of X is Y") rather than the ADT "dictionary" that they really mean

You are not the only one. I read that and thought it was the most awkward phrase you could have picked. Not because JSON isn't an encoding though ("JSON-encoded" makes sense to me) but because saying "hash" instead of "hash table" or "assoc

This is how frequentist statistics works. You ask the wrong question ("the chance of the data occurring given the assumption") and use clean, rigorous, impeccable math to get an answer. Bayesian statistics is (usually) the opposite - you a

This is a great example of awesome support. Look at Jaime's responses in this thread. He's handled everything perfectly. It barely even matters that this is a really cool idea just waiting to get gobbled up by Github.

I think they're being "good guys" by keeping this transparent. I don't think they're really serious about getting their personal money back, as I'm sure it pales in comparison to the developer expenses in trying to optimize on bad data.
