The structure of GPT-3 makes this a bit hard right now - most people don't have access and even then it is limited, making feeding the articles and other comments in is difficult. This isn't a fundamental difficulty though, so I e

It’s really not the exact same. Money is a different type of thing from communication. People in general are much more okay with limiting what one can do with money than with communication for a number of reasons. The essential point is tha

Yes. That’s the concept I believe. I’m not sure how big a landmass had to be to make the map though.

Technology is a good replacement for existing technology. Replacing a worksheet with digital problems can work well. Replacing a textbook with a virtual lecture can work well for many students. Replacing an instructor with digital problems

That’s not quite what the Anthropic Principle states. For instance, we can conclude from the fact that we exist that the universe is a place where life can exist, and that it is more likely we live in a universe where life arises frequently

The problem is that if you’re categorizing by “what fraction of people think this is true,” you have to group the Bible with Darwin and antivaxxers. You can’t decree “we’re organizing by truthfulness” unless you’re okay with other people or

The problem is that we need to do both. We can’t escape climate change if everyone on the planet is driving a large gas guzzling SUV. So we need to both change to electric cars and also do things like this oven. In addition, it’s bad to say

I don’t know what Rust you’ve been using, but they’ve been explicitly having all changes be backwards compatible since 2016 - when they hit 1.0 - with a few small changes in 2018.

With Wikipedia, it’s a combination of editors that monitor articles and just the sheer number of people who looks at Wikipedia every day. Even if 1% of those make a change on a given day, that’s a huge number of small modifications.

This is pretty different from that. It’s not just that they modified Windows, it’s that they provided a cracked version of the iso. If they just provided the tools to do it, it’d be one thing (and that probably wouldn’t have been attached b

If Jeff Bezos decided tomorrow that Amazon would never sell any face recognition software, that’d be that. The only recourse from shareholders would be to try to replace him as CEO, which isn’t going to happen over this issue. I agree that
