Confide in Me is one of her best, but she has quite a few reliable pop hits. She also did a song with Nick Cave that is worth a listen.

Adams only began to be investigated when he came out against Biden immigration policies. It's another example of lawfare, the same as the bogus Trump investigations. The law firms he's going after are the ones that knowingly lied

I think sometimes companies will ask for passports for the purpose of visa checking, but hopefully that doesn't get as far as the hiring manager once the paperwork is all confirmed.

Yes, there was debate about this in the UK. If a disabled person can only do one widget per hour, and an able-bodied can do 10, what is the correct wage for that disabled person? If you think they should both be paid the same, who should pa

Yeah, I'd feel uncomfortable receiving a CV with a photo on it. I don't want to be accused of anything if I reject a candidate. Likewise I don't want to see your DoB either. It is surprising how culturally specific this is th

Fair point. I guess it is more like managing, say, a building or plumbing firm. I guess what I should have said is "contempt for people outside of the laptop class" (and yes farmers may use laptops but you get what I mean).
