Unfortunately I haven't traveled Mexico much to recommend one from personal experience but my friends who have visited Guadalajara and Guanajuato have loved it.

It really is the same. He very much could branched off your branch and once merged just start syncing with master. And I see that better than waiting for your PR to be merged.

The article is fucking crazy. Web apps and software in general should be about separations of concerns not technologies. When in React you define the structure + the events your component can receive you are wrapping up that concern nicely

Which is not true. Most frameworks have good support for legacy browsers. And when some library fails in an old browser is always something so small that I end up making a PR and getting it fixed the same day.
