Is there anything more to the MVP than the website and I would guess a ticketing/live chat system? I'll admit I didn't listen to the audio, was hoping for a transcript.

You would have to have it synced across all global exchanges, if it wasn't you end up with a similar position that we are in now every n time units.

Are you sure the issue is racism and not due to sanctions that a US based company has to follow (and possibly may not be well defined)?

Why do you feel that? There's no benefit to a company in maintaining an ever evolving and complex fork of a project as compared to contributing back the non business essential parts so that their fork can be smaller.

Where does the money come from in that case? Does the Government writes checks to keep things up and running then? Or does it prohibit declaring bankruptcy?

Maybe the real estate that it goes through is significantly more expensive? I know if you wanted to build a new, totally segregated line from DC to Boston would probably cost 100B easily.

Not true, Linus Pauling also did, admittedly many years after her. Also he's the only one to win two unshared Nobel Prizes.

Can't pretty much anyone get a keyword on a Bloomberg terminal if you pay enough? Is this a Big Deal(tm) if there's no demand for it?

If you notice this does have a gag order attached to it, specifically item 31 in the link you provided. Gag orders aren't just for NSLs.

Is this what they are shutting down over? It seems like its a fairly standard warrant and quite limited in scope for both the seizure and the gag period. I'm not quite sure what 4th amendment fight there would be over this.

The military industrial complex isn't "corporatism" specifically. It addresses the relationship between defense/arms companies and the military/congress. Prior to WW1 the US was very isolationist and furthermore, la

Really? I'm under the impression that it really became a "complex" and gained power post WW2, hence Eisenhower's warning about it. Previously there wasn't that large of a standing army nor that large of a defense co

Actually I think the bar for safe motorsports events is far higher than public roads. Nürburgring is considered one of the most dangerous and deadly courses to race on and it has had 68 fatalities since 1928. Per mile driven I believe that

Why do they single out software in this regard? Or are there similar laws on the books for things like legal documents? i.e. if I have a lawyer draw up a lease and its a boilerplate with the correct blanks filed in, is there a tax on that?

It seems like they should extend that to all industries and not just single out software development. Why not say that any lawyer who just modifies boilerplate legal documents is now subject to a tax? That would seem to be in the same spiri
