Tangential: I'd actually like a protocol that allows a way for external programs to ask shells to change its directory at their exit. I wonder if there are ant security concerns to this.

This is likely an ad but what makes a good gym attire? Why would I want to wear a hoodie when I'd like sweat to evaporate? And is it better to wear shorts or full length tracks? Cotton or synthetic?

I don't know the terms but surely there are enough parties willing to pay them- MS would love to shoot with gun on fx shoulders. The engineering effort required to implement this feature is better spent in doing useful things.

Maybe firefox should also install ublock origin by default? This isn't just for some power users- it will increase their share among regular people whose pages will load even faster making Firefox popular. Or are they waiting until the

Today is your lucky day. There is a Firefox add on called temp container (or temporary container) that is built on top of "regular" containers that does EXACTLY what you want.

Is there a similar site that makes memorable passwords but long? (basically I get entropy and can remember if needed). I use keepasaxc which doesn't have this.

What the actual hell. Who even remembers the key? And more importantly why? Why would you install XP once a week to remember it? I'm shocked by this subthread!

Thanks for the detailed answer :). You talked very nicely about the dev front - can I also ask how the Said languages fared at runtime?

Can I ask what you compare it with when you say amazing? I too liked it a lot but don't know what the state of the art is elsewhere. Pardon me for wading through your history but you seem to have used Buckle script too- and claim that

Sincere question- assuming that '7 minute workout' is an HIIT - what kind of warm up does something like that require and how long? I want to do the 7 minute workout but I'm worried it needs a warm up.

Would you mind pointing to a good resource with a brief write up on the state of the art of good UI, as you pointed in your first comment? I'd also like to read up on the shadow stuff a bit, on how to do it right.

I will make a separate submission but since a lot of security minded people here- I want to ask- how does everybody manage their pins? I tend to forget them but password manager seems like an overkill.

Thanks. I'd love to see a breakdown of what creates this clarity, like how the OP has for every element type. I know it might seem like an exaggeration but I was physically invigorated by it.
