In addition to the comment above, I'd view this as an update to zoning laws and renter's rights. As we become increasingly a nation of renters instead of owners, these sort of issues need to be addressed.

I'm guessing this a pivot that actually is moving away from everyday user generated content as facebook already has become increasingly a news and image-macro aggregator/sharer. Why not video I suppose? I imagine forcing video ad

I quite frequently use Bootstrap but with almost all of it paired down to the absolute minimums. Bootstrap 3 (at least) was comprehensible and easy enough to whittle down by commenting out large swaths of UI. Usually, I simply use the Boots
