Of course not but they deserve hella credit for this. Also i think with all the major investigation and changes they are doing more than makes up for lot of bad things they did. If anything justice is served and people should move on.

I do not condone all the dirty practices but i always find it amusing how lyft gets a good guy trophy. Well without Uber being there doing the dirty work of fighting regulations Lyft would not exist. I would not want Lyft to go away because

Uber is giving you 30 days to tip the driver . They will also be giving single aggregated chunk at the end of day or week.

I used to tip in cash to avoid the bad rating especially if I am travelling to airport and have heavy luggage. I hate carrying cash and this is a very welcoming change. Anything that would make them look less evil(Although i don't thin

It is hard to judge if this was inappropriate without knowing the context. It can be seen as a positive thing to have more communication or "talking" if the board has more female members. It also depends on the guy's relation

I agree that even if they try to do the right thing. Nothing pleases these highly moral, gate-keepers of ethics on this forum. I love their service. I feel they have done a lot of good in this society. Saved many drunk-driving accidents. Ye

Of course you should not stop using it if you prefer it. It was implied here that only uber rides were cheaper because of VC money. Which is not the case. Same applies for Lyft.
