I am surprised that more NSLs have not been leaked or "hacked". Just store the NSLs next to your user data so that when it gets stolen and published then your NSL is published as well.

Polygraphs can be "inconclusive" many times. Especially if you the kind of person that is uncomfortable sitting still and breathing in the same rhythm for an extended period.

I am working on this problem and contributing to https://code.mil . This project explains to DoD managers /how/ to set up an open source policy. It's going to be a long process, but we can do this!
