When it is deemed necessary to test the vehicles on public roads after they have shown to be mostly safe, ALL of these vehicles should have flashing lights like any emergency vehicle. I'm stunned that when I drive in Texas, there don&#

I have been eager to explore the available tools for disaster relief because it seems like people scamble to DIY a solution for every disaster. I made my own Firebase relief matchmaking service when we had a 100yr flood a couple years ago.

I'm not californian but the crash test culture is terrifying. Companies are currently driving driverless cars on public roads with safety features turned off. They have not received any consequences even after a highly publicized video

I heard a statistic that the average commute across the country is 30minutes because people will always move far enough away for cost but close enough for travel time. I agree it could be possible to impact real estate if commuting is no lo

This is an SEC rule for public solicitation... demo days can only be for accredited investors, plus it's easier that founders know everyone has been vetted. I know of accelerators that don't screen the demo day participants, and i

I feel exactly the same way about Manufacturing. It's a massive industry, there are a ton of viable new technologies on the market, but very very few investors are even looking at the early stage because they don't understand it.

I'm still amazed at some people's reaction to AirPods. They are small and sexy, but at the same time very weird to a large part of the population that isn't used to new things.

I laugh when people tell me their address but say "Google maps doesn't show the right location". I go in and change it for them and they never have to tell people that again. Crowdsourcing is wonderful.

My understanding is Canada doesn't have a federal equivalent of the SEC, but there are provincial bodies for the same purpose. I assume SEC reached out to the quebec securities group and quebec was convinced enough to take action?
