This looks cool, really nice design. It would be good to list a few more example profiles, it's hard to get an idea of what a profile would look like by only seeing yours.

I'm a big fan of Rust, they only issue I have is that the compile time is painfully slow. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.

I'm learning Rust language, I'm reading through the official Rust book at the moment. I have to say the book very well written and easy to follow. I'm looking forward to using Rust full time sometime in the future.

I noticed this in the job description - "Three weeks of mandatory paid vacation. Overworking not allowed!". Great idea, I have old colleagues who wouldn't take holidays and had up to 3 months in holidays accrued.
