Everytime i scan hackernews and see this on the main page, I have the compulsion to check amazon for a deal. Can we take it down or just admit it's working in Amazon's favor?

The only B2B ideas I have would apply to one company i'm familiar with, maybe a couple of similar companies in the same space. How is that better than B2C?

I am supposed to master Javascript for work but I just use chatgpt. I never develop muscle memory for my job. I'm thinking of getting out of Tech now, I just wasted all those years not learning things when I could have. AI makes it imp

I want to ask a weird question. I'd love to learn ASP.net but i can't bring myself to deal with Microsoft Windows and their tech. Is F# a way for me to learn enough NET to make some money?

I think Django is good enough to eat its babies but not good enough to evolve smoothly. It's been mentioned already but the task queue situation and the REST situation which are handled by Celery and DRF are not very ergonomic and well

Books suck (imho). We need a new format to teach and learn this deep technical stuff. Not youtube, something interactive with exercises and engagement.

because that's what the world needs, an obscure half assed implementation of unix? why not innovate and come up with a new paradigm instead. No one is asking for this.
