No, I disagree. Law of big numbers. Houses in Seattle area are mortgaging for 1.2M. Property taxes are low. Houses in NY are mortgaging for $500,000. Property taxes and interest rates are higher. You shouldn't apply 8% interest rate fr

All telcos have to store SSNs, because most accounts are "postpaid" aka billed on the social credit of a customer. When you open a phone contract, they run your credit via SSN. Just another dumb way corps do things.
