It was never a science organization, it mostly a coordination and standardization organization that organizes medical responses. If a Xi variant wouldn't be called Xi variant in China that would just cause confusion. Better have a name

The list of supported solvers is impressive. There are some which I don't know MOI can talk too. Are there any solvers written in R and not just written in another programming language and wrapped?

We have communist parties in Germany such as the Marxist–Leninist Party of Germany or the German Communist Party. However they have no almost support. Communism is about the ownership of the means of production as in people are not allowed

I don't think parent said this person is incorrect. It said that the arguement is falliscious. Whether the value judgement of it being holds we don't know but infection numbers look bad

In certain common lisp deployment you might do that. There are legends from Common Lisp users where this is very much done. > When one of the customer support people came to me with a report of a bug in the editor, I would load the code

Maybe loops are not fun in common lisp the? I had much fun with loops in PicoLisp. Julia also has similar macro capabilities to common lisp. > And it's much easier to figure out what the function composition does than to write a loo

You can turn any 1 based array into a 0 based array using a wrapper type that just gets inlined away. Also have a look at https://github.com/giordano/StarWarsArrays.jl

Running Revise in production sounds unwise (sorry for the pun). Also you can very much not redefine functions on the fly due to world age (assuming the caller doesn't pay for invoke-latest).

This is a total non issue as indexing is an operation that is subject to multiple dispatch. For a humorous example see https://github.com/giordano/StarWarsArrays.jl

I've never seen recursive looping over a thing get turned into efficient SIMD code in any language. Starting with loops has no good reason to be better able to achieve that but for practical compilers it makes a huge difference. Julia

Thank you for making public money sponsored code public. If you don't mind why was the software written in C++?

Commies are really, really rare in Germany. I find it personally doubtful that so many are involved in that research area. Also try to assume that they are acting in good faith.

Why would they do that when it's not certain that the vaccine will work against the virus. I would suspect such news promoting hesitancy and people waiting a while longer.

If you just want access to the language and are fine with Jupyter as a front end you can just use https://www.wolfram.com/engine/ no need to buy anything then.

I don't understand what is meant with not indexable. Many YouTube videos have time stamps embedded in the time line and you can also link a video with a certain timestamp it's only a right click away on desktop.
