There is some general FUD for using CC licenses for code. The CC0 works for code but is a lot more complicated then 0BSD.

Bees swarms are pretty much the only organism that consents to how it is treated. They stick around because it is easier that way.

The number pixels affected increases with the linearly with the exposure length. However to spot things twice as far away (at the same brightness) we need to stare 4 times longer at the same place.

Is it infeasible? If we have 9 months to prepare we manage if wel fail to detect it for 8 due to StarLink it is to late. Also StarLink is not for everyone, just for (globally speaking) rich people.

Well if a big problematic astroid needs to be 3 times brighter to be detected due to StarLink (made up number) it can come 9 times closer without being detected. O(n^2) is baked in sadly.

I never seen a HPC center where use of containers was encouraged. It is just running binaries from user directories on disk under different users. Attempts to introduce containers in a way which doesn't stand in the way are treated as

65nm is not plenty fast. Since Russia's 65nm capabilities are disputed [1] to be viable for mass production. That only leaves them with reliable 90nm fabs. This is 4GHz Pentium 4 at best. I have not seen any indication of video acceler
