Thanks for the informed comment. So OK penalty clauses are really abusives but what about simply granting oneself favorable terms (like guaranteed interest rates, free services, etc.) ?

Yes but with Personna you don't need to send them a password reset link because they have no password in your system :)

I am using mRemoteNG ( http://www.mremoteng.org/ ). What's great is that in one tabbed interface I can do VNC / RDP and SSH connections.

Do you have any recommendation for documentation then ? In my experience wikis are far from perfect and need regular gardening BUT they are vastly better than a shared folder or a sharepoint with a ton of word documents...

Unfortunately in some (most ?) big enterprise we are still stuck with Windows XP (so 3.5gigs of RAM) and shitty hard drive that are further killed by the antivirus :(
