You may have misunderstood my argument. My contention is that a mainstream platform and free speech cannot co-exist. You can only choose one of the two options. About Twitter allowing pseudonyms, it is out of the scope in this context as yo

The moment Twitter finally went mainstream, that was the death knell for "free" speech. Your employer, government agencies, religious & community leaders are all now on Twitter. Self censorship is not obligatory, it is a requi

Here's another perspective. Am not American, not Asian. But I like YG's music. Obviously, the cancel politics behind that song has little personal meaning to me on this side of the world, but it does mean that history in popular c

None can be trusted. Doesn't matter what either party claims to sell/not sell. Google started off with "Do no evil" as a motto at some point in its history.

Yeah. This is not particularly a Facebook problem. And it certainly is not an iPhone exclusive one. I would be willing to bet my 2¢ that Apple photo backups store your photos with exif data. Should be trivially easy to strip this info and

Headline is a bit of a reach. A few employees grumbling on Twitter does not constitute any meaningful representative given the size of Google's workforce. That said, WFH is not for everyone. And a flexible 3-day office presence is a go

To date MOBA has never recovered from this dumpster fire. All the alternatives that have since cropped up feel inferior to what SEMC had accomplished with Vainglory.

It is not that companies want to waste (your) time. It boils down to the principle that a company will almost always, given the chance, choose to pay you x100$ less (arbitrary figure). Why? Because you are just a cog in the machine in their
