I agree, regulation is largely what's keeping supply down. That being said, I think there's something wrong with purely living owning 10+ investment properties while millennials in Syd and Toronto are being priced out of buying a

I feel anyone born post 1980 has a shot at slowed-aging, maybe even reversed for post 2000's. No data, just a hunch on the pace I've seen from the biotech sector.

If you're like me and have just accepted that at some level you'll never be a morning person, I suggest spending the first 40 mins doing something mindless (shower, browse fb etc), then a coffee. Works for me.

I feel bad for American parents, trying to drown out the stupidity and teach their kids that if we/they don't change society drastically, CC will snowball.

I'm no network engineer so I'm not sure at all if this is even possible but: Mesh network in my city's CBD (aus) that costs just $10/mo for uncapped mobile access. I'm sick of paying for $40-60/mo for calls

Doesn't need to be an app. A mobile web app would be fine.

Good software isn't written in a vacuum. Discussing ideas with others is essential, and that's easier with mutual respect.

I'm only speaking from experience, but I quite liked Neo4J. I had ~50M edges and as long as you get the Cypher command right, it's amazingly fast. The web GUI is slick and very helpful, and it's got a community edition!
