I'm with you. Plant some trees, no need to prove it. Look into fast growing trees for your agricultural zone. Look into pruning techniques like pollarding to keep trees small. Use pruned dried material to make charcoal (has many uses i

Remarkbox does this with the default profile avatar, just-in-time dynamically rendered and inlined SVGs. I've considered storing each default SVG into the user table and then inlining in the HTML but decided to wait on that optimizatio

I didn't inoculate so I have no clue what species I'm working with. I hope to grow edibles like oyster mushrooms next year.

Depends on how much work you want to do, but please research the difference between hot and cold compost, you may use either process for leaves, ideally you will want at least 1 meter cubed. For hot compost you will need a feedstock of nitr

Hey Tor, I miss you mate! Yup damp and dark, so with the trench method the top is sunny but most of the growing medium (in this case chips) are in the dark since it's underground. Hope things are going well with you!

Keep up the great work! That said leaf blowers are so loud (make sure everyone around has hearing protection) Have you considered using a rake to make piles on a tarp? The tarp is then dragged to your desired composting location and emptied

Great question. The difference is huge, for starters this method uses a slow, cold, and mostly anaerobic environment, the conditions mycelium enjoy. Trying to use a hot compost methods would require epic amounts of nitrogen feedstock for th

What if the blind mount works 99.9% of the time? I knew what I was doing was risky but well with in my tolerance for pain. Now that we have a strong consistency my code is fixed. That's pretty impressive.

Wow, the fire was about 5 minutes from me. The single family style house which caught fire was recently purchased by a former Zappos employee about 3 months prior. Tony was the only fatality, Fire fighters extracted him from the basement.

Tried it a few years back and last week, both times my video loads and then stops buffering after like 10 seconds. I'm likely doing something wrong but, do I need a dedicated server to seed my content? Otherwise it seems busted.

I've done this before for a single video, was wondering if there was a better approach but this is likely what I will do, at a minimum for clients without Javascript.
