I agree. I prefer if they went down the route of 'empowering the next generation of tech cofounders' or something. But don't raise money to make a position obsolete

You'll find they're probably not the best tools for a lot of the 'infinite ways' you expect. But they're great for simple data entry and basic calculations. The novel ways I've seen them used are around the dev

I would definitely go with Budibase. You could build a responsive CRUD app in a few minutes. They also support a number of data sources (PG, MySql, Mongo, Couch) and have their own DB. Also, they're open source: https://gith

This is great. It's always a battle when trying design 'spacing' functionality that respects responsive design. This is potentially something we could use with Budibase (low-code platform): https://github.com/

Pretty cool tool. Is it possible to accompany notes, with agendas etc. In my gov/orgs in the UK at least, it is protocol to send an agenda before the meeting, and the notes after [along with actions].

I, along with a great team, have spent over a year building an open source low code platform called Budibase. Budibase is best described as an open-source alternative to Outsystems, Retool and Mendix. The benefits include: - self-host with

I'm super happy for Vercel. They put a lot of time and effort into understanding developers, especially frontend developers, and give a lot back to the open source community. Well done Guillermo Rauch and team. You're a huge inspi

I'm the co-founder of Budibase, an open-source low code platform, and 70% of our signups (30,000) are from IT. Low code abstracts a lot of the coding effort, but it's still inherently complex to build applications. Repo for ref:

IDEs are for speeding up dev too. From our perspective, we were vexed with continually having to repeat ourselves, building the same CRUD tools time and time again. Budibase removes a lot of that repetitive grunt work, and in many cases, yo
