Anyone know what this is a problem from? I've heard it's a Python Markdown vulnerability, or is it just in reddit' implementation of something?

That looks amazing. I love the sale in the intro. "You own the most beautiful oceans, the most beautiful mountains" etc. A really interesting way to look at the national park system!

Interesting how often this is discussed, and it looks like there are already a couple of efforts going on. It was previously mentioned here: http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=407067 The hacker news SICP group that spawned: http://group

I recommend checking out Komodo Edit. It has a really great vim emulation, and has all the nice IDE features that are useful (projects, file browsing, remote file editing). It has most of the nice things from Textmate (the Cmd+t quick open)

If you can show me a way to get to the source code of a project in less than 4 clicks, you might have a point. I agree that there is a lot of functionality there, but it is so incredibly user hostile that I have never bothered to look throu

Nobody has pointed out how easily the "news story" of today could be faked and updated. It's a simple script that would be able to read google news, pick out a random story, and throw it in the PGP signed message. How can that not be automa
