I'm curious about that as well - I have always thought "zhun" is one syllable. There can be confusions though - the standard way of writing pinyin groups whole words rather than individual characters, so something like "

谋 is more like "strategize" and "scheme" than "think", there's a certain connotation associated with it that limits its scope. Both 思量 and 考虑 as suggested in the blog do not work too well as mottos, I feel
