I don't know, but the fact that the model can suggest the most relevant sentence is intriguing to me. I don't know. I realize it's just looking at the probability. Would it be possible to sort of craft adversarial inputs to l

I realize it's all just embeddings and probability blah blah blah... But this kind of meta prompting is really interesting to me. Can you ask a model about its weights?

I guess we'll know in a few months (whenever the model is available and the next competition is run)

Ah actually, https://www.usenix.org/system/files/fast19-zhou.pdf is probably a better reference (it includes the discussion of "bitmatrix normalization", the mentioned process of reducing the number of x

I realize they're different, but it seems like there are some similarities. In both, you have some chain of operations you need to do, and you want to minimize their cost and optimize for cache benefits etc., This is a pretty good over

There are a number of papers on optimizing xor chains for cauchy reed Solomon computation, it sounds like a superficially similar problem?

I think the novelty here is in the automation of it? If you (or let's be real, some eccentric billionaire) set up 100 of these and hooked them up to run 24/7, they could generate a stream of test results. If you can scale this up

Not that you're wrong, but thats a hilariously broad category (it also includes almost all electronics)

Doesn't similarity of the domain matter? A tablet is a lot similar to a desktop computing environment than an ML tool for science labs.

Ah yeah, that makes sense. Even having types stored in arrays though could be better than the typical graph like structure you might get from an OO language.

Sorry, I mean, browsers today ship with a list of sites that specify a cert that must be in the chain for it to be considered valid, e.g., only trust a facebook.com cert if it's from XYZ CA. Depending on the wording of the law, it seem
