A lot of pimps are women. Underage girls from smaller towns are attractive to pimps because they are greedy and naive and fall for the scam of modelling in a big city. And they can also be easily separated from their otherwise conservative

It seems the comments about iraq, yemen, afghanistan them have been downvoted / flagged. I guess this one too. There's a documentary on netflix showing the 13th amendment's relation to the labor camps, shocking to say the le

Intra-party democracy is alright. Unabobmers manifesto or the school shooters manifesto or IRA manifestos are not exactly available in the libraries.

Citation needed. What specific things were discovered ? Are they useful to humans ? Could they be done without testing ? All that I read are pointless science articles about aging in mice as if that applied to humans.

You do understand you are just defending big pharma and cosmetics. I really doubt any new ground breaking discovery has come from animal testing.

Its pointless to use animals in research, it makes no logical sense. Even if the research is successful after 10 years of animal cruelty ... you still have to test it on humans.

From what a friend has said to me, the situation is fairly similar to the discrimination people of colour face (slavery, jim crow, segregation, economic mobility, interracial marriage, lynchings, human right violations) and what native ame

Is it possible to build software without maintenance ? I think we need a new model for software ... where original build is self-sufficient but you have any number of remixes. Right to implement a basic feature to an existing software there

Well thats a chicken and egg problem in a way. Without data you can't build some types of software. I think you have three types of data. 1. Private data / Linked Data This is the data contributed by the user. Shopping data for ex

Precisely, this is why I think open data should be the next battle. All code takes input and gives output. I don't mind closed source as long as the interfaces are open ... but data being bought and sold is really troubling. Apart from

Also read negative incometax. Same thing. At this point economics will make more sense if human cost is acually made quantifiable and counted in profit and loss.

Ah yes, when a competitor offers a product at negative profit just to drive you out of business is capitalism... except when you do it another country you call it colonialism.

Delegation is the right way to go. Containment hierarchies is a nice way to phrase it. Roman numerals had fervent defenders back in the day. You can use OOP in a sane way if 1. You avoid extends at all costs (avoid inheritance) 2. All class

For some reason people like to compare perl to cobol. Perl fell out of usage more like lisp or tcl, mostly a failure to deliver on some of its promises which proved to be market advantages for others. The influence of latin is obvious. Let&
